Will-O-Wisp Metropolitan District

The District Toyota truck is for sale.  The Board would like to give opportunity to District residents, or other members of the public, to bid on the truck.  The truck is being sold “as-is, where-is” and bids will be accepted through the office of legal counsel until February 28, 2026.  Submit your bid via email to vildibill@ffcolorado.com and the highest bid will be awarded the purchase of the truck after February 28, 2026.  If you have any questions about the truck or the process, please call attorney Katie James at 303-688-3045.
